To fulfill your order, we collect the following information:

• Business Details: Name, address, phone number, and hours (NAP data).
• Contact Information: Your name and email address for project updates.
• Access Credentials: Temporary login access to your CMS (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.) only if you choose to have us perform the manual injection.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for the following:

• To hard-code and validate structured data (Schema) on your website.
• To verify and optimize your presence on Apple Business Connect and Apple Maps.
• To communicate with you regarding the status of your setup.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party marketers.

3. Credentials & Security

We recognize the sensitivity of website login credentials. If you provide manager-level access to your CMS:

• Credentials are used solely by Steven Brock to perform the technical setup.
• We recommend providing temporary "Editor" or "Manager" access rather than "Administrator" whenever possible.
• Once the work is verified via the Google Rich Results Test, we advise you to revoke our access immediately.

4. Data Retention

We keep your business NAP details on file for 12 months to provide support or re-validation if your site structure changes. You may request the deletion of your data at any time by emailing steve@schemahouse.com.
