The Truth Behind the Data

Founded by Steven Brock · Post Falls, Idaho

Why SchemaHouse?

I started SchemaHouse after noticing a frustrating pattern: local businesses were being oversold complexity and underserved on fundamentals. I’d see websites for plumbers, electricians, and restaurants cluttered with five different SEO plugins, yet their basic business facts—hours, phone numbers, and addresses—didn't even agree with each other.

Most local businesses don't need another monthly retainer. They need someone to calmly audit what’s there and fix the factual layer of the web so search engines and map platforms can actually trust their information.

The Manual Advantage

Plugins generate markup. I establish truth. Generic SEO plugins blindly trust whatever is in your CMS. If your footer phone number is outdated, the plugin will emit conflicting schema. I manually hunt down those contradictions—mismatched hours, old business names, or inconsistent service pages—and resolve them before the schema ever exists.

"I didn’t start SchemaHouse because I thought local SEO needed to be louder or more complicated. I started it because I saw how much damage 'set-and-forget' plugins were quietly causing, and how few people were willing to just clean things up properly."

In Post Falls

Being based in Post Falls, I’m closest to the businesses where accuracy matters most: contractors, HVAC specialists, roofers, and local owner-operated cafes. When I'm not hard-coding schema, you'll find me camping or hiking in the Inland Northwest, resetting away from the noise.
